What it does
TAC (The Agent Connection) is the comms substrate behind a serious agentic fleet. A C# service ingesting events from any channel (DEG forum, Telegram, email, SignalR, SIP voice), routing them via per-recipient channel bindings, and emitting them through the locked ORCH8-WIRE-v1 envelope ([from:to|kind:body]) so agents stay terse while humans get full human-render. Built for fleets running multiple Claude or similar agentic processes that need to coordinate without flooding any one operator. Adapter library + reference deployment included.
